I have a 1972 Original VW Super beetle up for auction at no reserve. This bug has been completely restored approx. one year ago. The pan is rust free as the bug was always stored in warm dry conditions. New dark blue paint, beside a few marks it looks excellent. The body is perfectly straight. Engine is the original 1600cc but has been completely gone thru and rebuilt. New carb, Jugs, pistons, clutch etc.. less than 5k miles ago Added K&N filter. Oil breather.. Runs perfect with no issues at all. No SMOG required !!! 35+mpg all the time Interior was also redone in a nice grey color. Only thing missing is the rear back quarter panels and one back seat belt. I also have a little mp3 radio and speakers hooked up. Sunroof works great with no leaks. I have the original air system in a box its not hooked up but not needed. No rips or stains interior is clean. The tires are like new and I added some nice looking chrome wheels. Overall this is a very nice 40 year old Super Beetle. You don't find many this clean. It has no issues at all. Completely ready to drive. All lights work perfect etc. Just paid the registration for another year and I have a Clear CA title in my name. No shipping at all .
