For sale is my dad's 1986 Land cruiser. I believe he is the second owner and has had it since 1996. For the majority of his ownership of this Land Cruiser he parked it in a garage. This Land Cruiser has been taken care of and is in great condition for its age and not having been restored. It currently runs great and can be used as a daily driver. It has a very strong engine and transmission and drives great, the transmission was rebuilt about 20,000 miles ago. It also has newer tires and rims, they have been on it for a couple years but since it has not been driven often the tires have like new thread and rims look great. As far as I know everything works as it should including the AC and heater. It has had a tune up and new starter one year ago.This Land Cruiser had rust showing up around the wheel wells and has been fixed. It had all the rust taken off, was repaired and Herculiner was used for the wheel wells. The rest the Land Cruiser does not show much rust all of the door jams are rust free. It shows a few spots popping up here and there but they are small and just surface rust. The clear coat has started cracking and can be seen when you are close to the Land Cruiser it also shows some spots were the color has faded. The dash is excellent. The windshield has a crack but my dad has always had full coverage and we will replace that before the auction ends. The interior is in excellent condition. One small burn hole is in the passengers seat, A one-inch tear is close to the seam on the drivers head rest, and a 6-inch tear is in the carpet in the middle of the cargo area. I noticed while taking the pictures that the dash has a few small bubbles and have posted pictures of them. I also noticed when taking pictures of the engine that the power steering looks like it has a slow leak, I asked my dad and he did top it off after it had been sitting for a few months. I have been driving it the past three days and it drives perfect. It starts right up and has a nice even idle. The AC blows ice cold and the Land Cruiser has a great ride to it. Take a look at the new pictures I have close ups of the Herculiner about the wheel wells and of the clear coat cracks. These new pictures show the slight dent's in the right rear quarter panel better. The new windshield looks great and I got compliments on the Land Cruiser from the shop.
