There is so much to say in regards to this bike and the work that was performed on it to put it in it's present condition.Two owners on this bike before me.Father and son.The bike was well taken care of when it was in service.The bike sat in storage for three years before the owner could bring himself to part with it.The bike has been taken completley apart and lots of money and time have brought it back to its respectable looking and running old self.The bike is a matching numbers bike with the frame number being kaf 38555 and the motor is kae 35590.The couple of things that are not correct on this bike is the seat cover is not what should be on the bike.The one on the bike now is fine and has no tears or rips anywhere.Also the front turn signals have been ordered new ..There is less than 300 miles on the motor that was gone through three years ago.All switches and lights work as they should and the bike runs and shifts like new.The brakes are the original drum type and they work as they should and are brand new.This bike can be viewed upon request while the auction is current.The tank is crispy clean inside and all paint is new.Yes these are the stock original pipes.Stock air intake system is still present on the bike as it came from the factory.The shocks are new but not the correct replicas as you can see the yellow retention shims on the shocks on the bike now.Not a big deal at all and if your looking at this bike then you know this is a minor issue.I was not shooting for a concourse restoration on this bike.I like it the way it is when considering what it came out looking like.The rims are original and rust free.front and rear.The tires have no more than two hundred miles tops on them and are like new with no dryrot whatsoever.Feel free to ask questions as i want full disclosure here.Good luck bidding..There is not a cylinder lock for the sterring on this bike.I will search through my parts and see if i can find one and it will be included with the bike when it is sold if i find one.The bike has a clear title and i will assist with shipping or exporting as needed.If someone would like better pictures then please ask. .Trades involving cash and what you have motorcycle wise or possibly cars of the 60's and 70's will all be considered. I have been asked about the red bike in one of the photos.Yes it is another 71 with a clear title i am waiting on some new turn signals as well as the crank to comeback with the transmission as the gears are being professionally cut.The bike is going to be here on e-bay as well and it can be viewed now at it's current location and a package deal is possible to be worked out.As always please feel free to ask questions and i will do my best to accomadate you all.
