Great Car! Car is located near Albany, NY - Zip code: 12106 I am the 3rd owner of this 1997 Toyota Celica Convertible. This engine runs like a top! After 117K miles the engine is still so quiet you can barely hear it! Car has ALWAYS been garaged. Regular oil changes. Still gets over 30 MPG Highway!! Four New All Weather Tires! (Less than 300 miles each) Oil and Filter just changed! This Green Toyota Celica has the following features which ALL function well at this time: Powered convertible top (Top is in EXCELLENT condition, and opens/closes with no problems.)All power windows/door locks work well.Stereo has really great sound, with Radio, Cassette, and CD player that all work fine.Working alarm system with key fab/remote door locks.Both engine and transmission have no issues whatsoever. GREAT gas mileage - It is amazing how much power and pickup this car has and still gets over 30 MPG highway after 117K Miles.Exhaust is fine. Car has no problems passing inspection/emissions. ---- Any vehicle of this vintage has some issues, and I want all potential bidders to be aware of any problems I am currently aware of: *Car has various dents. All are shown in pictures. In particular the front passenger corner panel is very banged up. *There is some rust in dented areas. Overall the vehicle has only cosmetic body rust and is not rusted underneath. * Front bearings have recently been replaced but there is a slight rubbing sound coming from front. It does not interfere with driving performance at all, but you can hear it, particularly at certain speeds with top open. *Trunk open latch inside car doesn't "pop" the trunk open quite enough. Trunk opens fine with key.*Drivers side floor mat is worn in typical spots under feet. Other floor mats are in good shape. Actual car carpeting is in very good condition. *Powered radio antenna does not go down. Works for radio. *Spare "donut" tire works fine but has wear. --------------------------------------- Kelly Blue Book estimates a MINIMUM value for this car, in overall fair condition, as $4.160.
