1985 Ford F150, Got this truck in hopes of turning it into a weekend hauler, something i could but the wife and kid in, go camping, shooting, and not have to worry about it getting dings dents or scratches on it. But i just don't have the time or money to get it finished. Please keep in mind this truck is not ready to drive everyday, it needs work. WHAT IT NEEDS, Head gasket, Rear main seal, Front brakes and rotors.( Truck does not stop well as it sits ) If these things are done you should have a good working truck, 302 V8 is strong and has lots of power. 4 speed automatic. ( 221,150 Miles ) WHATS BEEN DONE. 3 new tires, New rear Brakes and drums, all new brake lines front and rear, new rear brake seals, bearings, and boosters, new catalytic converter ( passes smog no problem ) New distributor, new plugs. new fuel lines, alternator, battery, starter, ( all have less than 7,000 miles on new parts ) about 20,000 miles ago the water pump, radiator, timing chain, and brake booster was replaced, This would be a grate project truck or parts truck, there are dings and as you can see the driver side door was hit, Sold as is for parts or repair. Clean title, just fell out of registration in august. Truck starts right up, and was driven daily until the head gasket blew, the second i saw smoke out the tail pipe i stopped driving it. i didn't want to do any damage to the engine. Not sure if you could drive it away, so keep that in mind. Local pick up only. I will NOT ship this truck !!!!
