This is a great car for the BMW enthusiast as well as someone wanting a reliable, affordable car with style. We recently put a good amount of attention into getting it to the condition it is in now. Here's a list of things recently replaced or done to the car to bring it to the excellent condition it's in currently: Brand New Convertible Top Rear Seat Leather Replaced Other Leather Refurbished and Re-stained Dash Cover Installed Custom Rubber Floor Mats New Washer Blades New BMW Roundels on Front and Rear Hoods New BMW Roundels on Wheels Repainted Front Grille New Pioneer Radio Installed New Internal Door Handles Installed New Hood and Trunk Hydraulic Shocks Window Exterior Weather Strips Replaced New Convertible Hood Hydraulic Shocks Convertible Hood Hardware Housing Replaced New Washer Fluid Pump Replaced Electric Window Switches Fixed Speedometer Timing Belt Replaced***** (this was done just to prevent any problems with an old belt, documentation available) The car also recently had an oil change, and all 4 tires have great tread condition. This truly is a great car in wonderful condition. The electric door locks and windows work, and that's definitely something that is impressive about a car this age. It even has seat heaters in both front seats that work perfectly! The car is rust-free. That's a big deal when looking at vehicles of this age. As with any car this old, you're going to have a few things that just don't work that well. As is common with E30 generation BMWs, the odometer doesn't work. The MPG readout, the speedometer, the tachometer, and gas gauge all work. We don't know the exact mileage of the car, because the odometer stopped working at approximately 116,000 miles. The engine has been maintained, so even with such high mileage, it doesn't burn or leak oil, and it starts up with absolutely no problems. The air conditioner has worked in the past, but it needs to be recharged. The car has been recharged before, and the AC worked just fine afterwards. Of course, the heater and heated seats work just fine. I've had to replace a few fuses as well, but that's expected with a car with this kind of electronic integration. You are welcome to come take a look at the car. I certainly want to be completely open and honest about this car. It really is in great condition.
