This a VERY CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL 1965 Corvair Monza convertible, that is very eye appealing and ready to show and go anywhere. It has the 110hp engine ,with automatic trans, 3:55.1 diff. gears make it get up and go. It surpricessome folks and the owner as to how fast it can depart a green signal light. Exterior/interior paint is about three years old. It has excellent gloss and appears as new. All of the door openings and under the lids have been repainted. Very good job. The color is medium CORAL. Completely new White interior, door panels, front and rear seats, and tonneau. New black carpets. The white top is older,but very presentable. The rear plastic window will not zip in place because of shrinkage. The window its self, is very good and can be reinstalled. The top is electrical controlled. ( Not Hryaulic.) Radio is "Orig;" AM type. All glass is excellent. Windshield is a new replacement, tinted and shaded. Recent work that has been done in the last few months, is as follows; New complete brake job, turning drums, shoes, cylinders, hoses, new rear lower l/r struts, rebuilt rear hubs, engine removed and diff. separated, replaced front crank seal, bellhousing and pan gaskets, "U" joint seals, diff.top cover gasket, replaced diff. oil with new hypoid oil, auto pan gasket, shift control "o"ring, replaced rear engine housing with one having the oil shaft welded over, new harmonic balancer, valve cover gaskets, rear seal for crankshaft, new spark plugs, cables, new Pertonics electronic ingition, new high voltage coil, with NAPA hi perf. cap and rotor, Carbs rebuilt, shafts sealed, new fan belt. All engine shrouds refinished in black, New closure plates for the 12 plate oil cooler, new thermostats for lower shrouds, Engine compartment is show condition. No Oil leaks. There is no rust in the car ,except a few pin holes in the lower part of the front compartment. Orig. owner lived in Palm Springs, CA. Has a older luggage rack that has some light rust. Can be replated. All tires are "Kirkland All Season", 185/80R13. Very good tread. Owner has most of work and parts reciepts. Car has a clear California title and the current year tags. No work is required on car and can be driven anywhere. A Cason car carrier trailer is availble.
