1950 Chevy pickup sitting on an s10 chassis with awesome patina. Currently titled as a 94 s10 with the original vin on the body as well if someone wants it titled as an old truck. Many remember these trucks sitting in old navy stores and this is one of those trucks. I bought this truck to put my garden center name on the side of it and let my guys drive it around for advertising. I took the old navy stickers off and will include a pic of what it looked like with them on. It is basically a fuel injected 94 chevy s10. Power brakes with abs, power steering, 4.3 v6 with a automatic transmission believed to be a 700r. I bought this truck sight unseen and have been fixing many issues. It has new brakes on the front, new filters and serpentine belt. All gauges work and brand new torque thrust wheels and tires. New radiator hose. Wheels all have aluminum spacers so everything is spaced correctly. It is suppose to be a jasper engine and trans in the truck, but I am unsure on how to check so unknown miles. I do know the truck runs and drives excellent and am not afraid to let any of the non-car guy employees jump in and drive it anywhere. All steel except the running boards and the truck is solid as can be. Chrome is awesome on the grill and both bumpers and shines nicely. Hood is currently screwed down and was told that the hood parts were taken out of these so no one would mess with it. Also noticed that all the sharp edges are covered with rubber trim, so I was figuring it was all done for liability purposes. The firewall on the truck is stretched which makes it nice for larger people. The dash has been cut and modified and will be one of the next things I will be addressing if I dont sell it. Nice, tight driving shop truck that will go anywhere. I also have a 49 chevy we are finishing up and will be the last picture and one of the trucks needs to go but is not included in the auction. 350/700r, tbi fuel injection, heidts front, chassis engineering rear, power disc brakes all around, aluminum radiator and tank, tilt, power rack. Truck is sold as is and encourage interested parties to inspect the vehicle before the auction ends. I have a what I believe is a low reserve so bid to own it. We will continue to work on this truck and the price will reflect it if it doesnt sell. The truck will be at goodguys Indy next weekend as well.
