For sale is a 1982 Mercedes 240 D. This car is virtually rust free. Starts dependably and runs good. Has block heater, for starting in winter on coldest days. The paint looks good at 50 ft, but up close one can see some touch ups. Front third of hood has been repainted. Much of its life was spent in Arkansas, thus the virtual rust free body. Would be a good candidate for conversion to veggie oil. Gets nearly 30 mpg. Rear windows don't work, but the two front windows work fine (power windows). AC needs recharged. Heater works very good. Interior is good, though one must expect some wear after 30 years of use. Overall, it's a good dependable car.
