You are viewing a 1972 Mercedes-Benz 280SE. Always garaged and a real head turning car. One family owned car and I'm the 2nd owner, previous owner was a Ferrari & Lamborghini Mechanic This superb German engineering is a time capsule from the past and has been seemingly well maintained. The car recently received a Mercedes Benz certification check and received it's badge and comes with the Mercedes Benz silver foder. Unique metallic silver / green exterior and has black interior w/ wooden trim. The car is in Beautiful condition and all gauges work. The exterior is in good shape with a few minor small flaws, and the interior is in good shape, with some signs of age. The vehicle starts right up and drives very nice. Buyers are urged to inspect before bidding. There is no waranty express or implied and I am more than welcome to supply photo's so you can see what you are buying. This is a 40 year old car. Carlo, I have a few questions. 1. Does the a/c work -- No it does not 2. Does the heater and blower work properly -- Yes the air blows and the system works, the blower motors work and the defrost function seems to work when I last used it. 3. Does the car smoke -- No it does not smoke, sometimes it'll have a small puff of it but very in frequently and these cars did not come fitted or setup with Cats so it's mainly engine exhaust. This car does have the stock Ansa Mercedes Exhaust that is straight through from Engine. 4. To your knowledge has the car been in a collision -- To my knowledge the car hasn't been in a car accident. 5. Has the car been repainted -- It's a 40 year old car so the chances of it having some paint work at some point are high.. but i haven't been able to find any blend markings or any different coloration 6. Do you have any records/history of the car -- yes I have some of the records and the hard bound silver mercedes benz folder for the certification of the car from Mercedes benz when they gave me the grill badge award. 7.
