You are bidding on a 2005 530i BMW. It is in good mechanical condition. I have owned this car for about 4 years and put a little over 64,000 miles on it. The only issue I had with the car was I had to replace a fuel injector when I first bought it. The car comes with the cold weather pkg which is the heated steering wheel and heated seats. It has a moonroof also. It does not come with navigation. It has always been serviced around 10,000 miles. BMW calls for service every 15,000 miles. It has had all oil changes done using castrol syntec 0W 30, the oil recommended by BMW. The car is a great car and in good condition. The only reason I am getting rid of it is because it is my wife's car and she just bought a new SUV so I would rather sell this car than have it just sitting around collecting dust. The only issues with the car are cosmetic and I have taken pictures of all the dings that are present on the car. If you are bidding on this car I want you to know exactly what you are getting. I am not going to try and hide anything and then if you win it you are upset with your purchase. As you can see by the pictures there are 6 dents on the car. 2 on the driver side door (looks like a shopping cart rolled into it), 2 on the driver's side passenger door (wife said someone at her work hit it when they opened their car door), and 2 on the trunk. The trunk will also need to pe painted as it is a slightly different shade of silver. My wife backed into a tree with the original trunk, so I purchased a silver trunk off of ebay thinking it would match my car exactly but it did not. If you would like the original trunk will come with the car. However, the trunk currently on the car is the one in the pictures. I will also have the 530i emblems put back on the trunk prior to it being sold. The dents are fairly minor but they are there and you can see them especially when the sunlight hits it just right. One other issue is that the front passenger side break has an issue that they call a floating break pad. I looked it up on the BMW forums and it seems to be common to bmw's. I changed the breaks 8 months ago and now when you are going really slow say under 5 mph and push on the break really hard you will hear a slight clunk on the passenger side of the car. I have driven it like that for the last 8 months and it doesn't effect the drivability or the stopping power of the car. I took the wheel off and inspected the break pads and everything is on correct, and like I said my wife has driven it for 8 months and there were no issues with stopping power or affecting the handling of the car. However, it is there and I want you to know that. The car gets good gas mileage for a v6, you average between 18-20 mpg in the city. One other thing the left side rear seat vent baffles are missing. I just looked at the history for the car and it said there was frame damage when it was sold at a wholesale auction. I have gone over the entire undercarriage and there is no frame damage, I have owned this car since it has had 34,000 miles on it and it now has 99,500 miles on it. We have never had an issue with any of the suspension components. It is in the car report so I wanted to address the issue.
