If there are any, they will appear at the very bottom of the listing. This 2004 Forester looks to have been very well cared-for. The exterior of the car is RUST-FREE and in good condition. The silver metallic paint is shiny and in overall great condition. There are minor flaws and imperfections here and there, but nothing unexpected for a car of this age. I have tried to take lots of pictures of the paint to show all imperfections, so be sure to check them all out. The interior of the car is in great condition. The grey leather interior is in overall great condition. There are no rips or tears in the upholstery, and the carpets are free of stains. The A/C works great and is ICE COLD. All of the power options operate properly. The car comes with the owner’s manual, one key, one key fob and floor mats. This Legacy is fitted with Subaru's EJ25 2.5L H4 engine that produces 173HP. These engines are known to go 300,000+ trouble free miles. The engine is paired to Subaru's 4 speed automatic transmission. The engine runs great, and the transmission shifts like new. This 2004 Forester looks to have been very well cared-for. The exterior of the car is RUST-FREE and in good condition. The silver metallic paint is shiny and in overall great condition. There are minor flaws and imperfections here and there, but nothing unexpected for a car of this age. I have tried to take lots of pictures of the paint to show all imperfections, so be sure to check them all out.
The interior of the car is in great condition. The grey leather interior is in overall great condition. There are no rips or tears in the upholstery, and the carpets are free of stains. The A/C works great and is ICE COLD. All of the power options operate properly. The car comes with the owner’s manual, one key, one key fob and floor mats.
This Legacy is fitted with Subaru's EJ25 2.5L H4 engine that produces 173HP. These engines are known to go 300,000+ trouble free miles. The engine is paired to Subaru's 4 speed automatic transmission. The engine runs great, and the transmission shifts like new. There are no warning lights on the dash. BEFORE BIDDING

4. Be aware that listed cars are driven periodically. The mileage may be slightly higher at the time the listing ends.
MAKING A BID:
1. Ready to make a bid? Did you read the entire listing including these terms and conditions? Do you know there is no warranty? Good. You are ready to bid!
2. You must have a PayPal account. I require all bidders to have a current and active PayPal account.
3. I may end the auction early. "Buy it now" auctions can end at any time. I also use "buy it now or Best offer" listings. A "Best Offer" bid can come in at any time, and if accepted, the listing will end immediately. Don't wait to bid! "No Reserve" auctions can also end early. I encourage offers (I will not give my "last price") to be submitted through the eBay messaging system. If we can reach a fair price, the auction can and will end early. COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION:
1. You have won the auction! Great news! You must make contact with us within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many auctions end after normal business hours, so please send a message using the eBay messaging system.
2. Make your deposit. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours of the auction end. There are no exceptions to this policy.

FEES AND TAX:
1. Dealer Fee. A $299.00 dealer fee will be added to all transactions. This fee will be added to all auction styles, "No Reserve", "Reserve", "Buy it Now", "Best Offer", etc. Dealers are welcome to bid, but $299.00 fee will apply.
2. Sales Tax. All buyers residing within the State of Florida MUST pay applicable sales tax. Out of State Buyers: If you are having your vehicle shipped out of the State of Florida, I do not have to collect sales tax. If you fly to Florida and wish to drive the vehicle home, I MUST collect your home state's sales tax, of 6%, whichever is less. Generally, you will receive credit in your state for the sales tax paid to the State of Florida. You may be responsible for additional taxes in your home state. Please check with your local tax collectors office for more information.
3. Tag and Title. I am REQUIRED by the State of Florida to handle all of your tag and title work if you reside in Florida. I will collect an estimated cost of your tag and title work. These fees range in price from $100 to $450 depending on your specific situation. YOU WILL ONLY PAY THE EXACT COST OF THE TAG/TITLE FEES. If you paid more than the cost, you will be refunded the difference. If you paid less than the actual cost, you will be responsible for the difference.
Out of state buyers: I will provide you with the title to the vehicle and you will be responsible for the tag and title work in your home state.
4. Paperwork. The State of Florida requires certain documents to be completed for all vehicles sold within the state no matter what state the purchaser is located. ALL PAPERWORK RELATED TO THE SALE OF THE VEHICLE MUST BE SIGNED AND RECEIVED BEFORE THE VEHICLE CAN BE TRANSPORTED OR DRIVEN HOME. The State of Florida requires me to keep a copy of the purchasers Drivers License.
TAKE DELIVERY:
1. Shipping. It is generally less expensive to have your vehicle transported right to your door than is to fly in and drive it home. Please contact me as I can assist in transporting the vehicle home. I have assisted in shipping vehicles to nearly every state, as well as many other countries. The vehicle will be available to be shipped once payment has been made in full, and all paperwork has been signed and returned. Titles will be mailed separately from the vehicle for security purposes.
2. Pick it up. We are located in beautiful North Fort Myers, Florida. We are easily accessible from US41 and I-75. We are available to pick you up at any of the three following airports:
