THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION! This X5 has been seriously babied for the last year! Before that it was driven from Chicago to Rockford, Il on i90 (highway) & that is what put the miles on it- it was never driven hard or had anything less than excellent care! The milage as of today is 141,146, but, that will increase slightly due to the vehicle being driven ONLY locally until it is sold. The vehicle has NEVER been smoked in, ever! I have extreme allergies & you can still smell the fresh leather smell on the interior! There are no rips or anything in any of the leather seats, I would say that the interior is in excellent condition over all. Please look at the pictures & you will notice that the leather looks like it belongs in a much newer vehicle! It is really in unbelievable condition in my opinion! IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN ANY SORT OF ACCIDENTS & THE TITLE IS CLEAR! PLEASE REVIEW THE AUTOCHECK TO CONFIRM THAT! It does have the navigation system & also the cold weather package, plus the premium package! I have the ORIGINAL window sales information sheet that was on it when purchased new & the price was $57,295.00 with all of the added features! This is truly an amazing suv! There are 4 matching Michelin Tires on it & I would say they still have a pretty decent amount of tread left. As far as exterior condition, there is normal & everyday road wear that is standard on any vehicle that is a few years old. There is nothing that I consider to be out of the ordinary, but, that is my opinion & I suggest you come see the vehicle in person before purchasing OR feel free to ask me for specific photos of any areas that you may be concerned about on the vehicle & I will be happy to send them to you quickly. There are no dents or dings in the exterior that are larger than a dime & there are surface only scratches here & there that are hard to notice. There is one deeper scratch that is on the back liftgate on the lower left hand side, it is approximately one & a half inches in length & it is vertical. It is not very easily noticed, but, I am trying to mention everything! The drivers side mirror does seem to have some sort of smudge in the mirror glass itself, but, this does not effect visibility in the mirror at all. The ONLY two things that are NOT FUNCTIONING on the vehicle are the rear passenger window needs a new part to make it open correctly, I have been told that this is a VERY simple fix & less than 200.00 to do, I believe it is a window regulator module that needs to be replaced.. but, that is just a possibility that my mechanic mentioned without opening it up & looking. Also, the drivers door has been known to lock/stick & I am not sure if that is something to do with the keyfob remote or not. Neither have been a problem for me because you can roll the windows down from the keyfob, so, if the door ever locked on me I would just roll the windows down from the remote & open the door from the inside. Also, the rear passenger window was never a problem because I never had rear passengers & the air conditioning BLOWS COLD AIR! The heat is also nice & warm! The front & rear seats are heated & that is SO NICE! There is even a storage compartment built in the back for your skis! There are also shades/blinds built in the rear doors to block the sunlight & for your privacy! There is also privacy glass! There is an aftermarket ipod/iphone adapter to the stereo so you can listen to all of your favorite music! The speakers all sound great! ANOTHER ADDED FEATURE IS THE ALL WEATHER FLOORMATS FROM BMW! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DIRTY CARPET WITH THESE! THEY REALLY KEEP EVERYTHING LOOKING GREAT! There is also a towing package on the suv that was installed at the BMW factory! That was upwards of $5,000.00 alone! Mechanically the truck runs BEAUTIFULLY & I trust it to go everywhere with no problems! THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS THAT I AM AWARE OF AT ALL!! I would keep it forever, but, with a new vehicle coming- I don't have room & since this one has never been kept outside, I refuse to start now. I don't have room in my garage for it, so, it has to go!
