I'm am selling a 2005 BMW X5 4.4i with the Sport and Cold Weather package. This X5 was leased brand new by a woman from Grayson BMW in Knoxville, TN; the 2nd owner purchased it certified pre-owned from the same dealership, and I am the 3rd owner. All maintenance was done by Grayson BMW through the first two owners (I have records). I use Euro Cars who specialize in BMW, Mercedes, and Volvo and are located here in Charlotte for my maintenance. I have only used synthetic oil and premium fuel since I've owned it. The only repair I've had to do was the water pump, with a new belt and hose. It currently has 130,572 miles on it and is driven on my days off and trips. I do not commute in it because I have a company car. I put BMW X5 4.8is wheels on it and tires are like new with 95% tread left. The wheels measure 20 x 9.5 front and 20 x 10.5 in the rear, and they look incredible! The car is in amazing shape with no rust or any issues with the paint, other than a couple very small dings from rocks in the front. I also have brand new black bumper grilles to be installed. (You'll see that the gray grilles in the pictures have some holes in it so that's why I have the replacement) The 4.4 V8 is one of BMW's best, most reliable motors and is used widely in their line-up of automobiles. It makes 315 horsepower and I have averaged around 16-18 MPG in town and 22-24 MPG on trips. It has a tiptronic transmission with sport mode which lets you shift like a manual transmission if desired. It is fast and very fun to drive, and carries that fantastic German muscular V8 sound, but also is a very practical SUV. It has fully functional tailgate and will tow like a pickup truck. This X5 is in amazing condition and will be a great car for an BMW enthusiast. The car is listed here locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.
