I am auctioning a very sharp looking, head turner VW camper bus. I bought it a few years ago from an original owner. The reason I bought it is because it's almost rust free and didn't have any major mechanical problems. As a cabinet maker and handyman I could fix the rest. Colorado has three hundred sunny and dry days. Sun is friendly to metal but not to interior! I had to pull out everything and replace, rebuild and fix all the interiors including the floor, curtains, side panels, door panels, seats and pull up seat and cabinets. I even installed insulation behind the door panels (I have posted some photos showing how it looked and what is done). I sprayed two heavy coats of rubberized under coatings to keep it from rusting in the future. It's just painted recently with the original color. It runs and drives great. It is professionally switched to Weber single carb which is less trouble. It starts right up. I have replaced the fuel filter, both cv axles, rear brake shoes and brake wheel cylinders. I also replaced the entire luggage and pop up rubber seals. I have the spare tire mounting bracket but I'd rather to keep the spare inside the cabinet than on the nose. It also comes with 400 watts Coleman converter from DC to AC. I installed JVC cd player with two speakers in the front and two in the back. The table is missing but can be ordered online for less than $100. I have spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars. I would have kept it if I hadn't planned to move overseas.
