This 2002 Honda Civic was purchased new from Fowler Honda in Oklahoma in April of 2002. It was purchased by a gentleman for his mother who unfortunately passed away. It has sat in his garage since that time unused. He started it monthly. I have purchased this car and hold the legal paperwork. I say paperwork because the vehicle has never been titled in any state. I hold the appropriate bill of sale and a copy of the certificate of origin that I need to get a title. This car is brand new. It has 346 original miles, it has never been in any kind of accident.
