This car has NO RUST and very few minor dings and dents. It was obviously well taken care of by it's previous owners. The car's glass is all very good and works perfect. The bumpers and trim are also all very nice. The car currently has winter steel wheels with plastic covers and snow tires. The tires are OK. The car will also come with the original Alloy Wheels that look very nice and they have all season tires on them, but one of the tires is shot. The other 3 are OK. Overall the beautiful red exterior is easily a 8.5 out of 10. The engine compartment looks clean is free from any outwardly appearing leaks. The car starts right up everytime and runs out down the highway great. The motor seems strong and the tranny shifts great with no issues seen and a recent 250 mile trip. It seems the car runs finer than the odometer's miles states. But I don't know the real miles so who knows. As we move inside, the interior is overall pretty good. The carpets are a little dirty but overall in very good shape. The rubber "catch all" floor mats are very nice and they have done their job. The car also has the 4 original carpet floor mats - dirty also but good shape. The reat seat looks excellent. All the door panels look very good. The drivers and passenger seats has some light cracking but nothing through the leather and certainly will hold up for years to come with a little lexol. The dash is also very nice with no marks ar checking. As for the controls here is the only things I know wrong with the car. The ABS / Traction Control light is on. I am not sure why. The brakes work fine so I assume it is a sensor or controller that works with the ABS system??? Finally the A/C doesn't work. We have not dug into it too much so I really can't give you an opinion. It could be simple -freon, or it could be a compressor. But all the driving I have done in it, is is just so nice to have the windows rolled down anyway. Overall this is a vary nice survivor car where you will get nothing but compliments from the people as they walk past as the exterior is so nice. It drives very well so it would make a great wagon cruiser. Current KBB with mileage is $4,579. But this is no reserve, so let the last person standing own this beauty. Up for auction is a very nice looking 1997 Volvo 850 GTS wagon. This car has NO RUST and very few minor dings and dents. It was obviously well taken care of by it's previous owners.
