Vehicle Detail
NO RESERVE 1990 Porsche 911 C4 Convertible, approximately 62,000 original miles, runs and drives great, I'm driving the car when the weather is nice so the mileage may change a bit - The C4 model is rare, excellent collectible model and color combination, the 964's are some of the last air cooled Porsche and are only going up in value. 5-speed, guards red, tan interior, new tune-up, oil change (mobile 1), distributor rebuild (including vent kit upgrade) new brakes and new tires. Paint is deep red and in excellent condition (straight lines, no dents, rust, fading or scratches) the black trim is excellent and the interior and convertible top are also in great shape. Includes car cover and built-in trickle charger. Selling to purchase a newer 911 cabriolet. This 911 looks and sounds amazing and is in very good condition for being 22 years old. However it is not a new car, the engine is clean and strong and does not smoke or leak large amounts of oil like some 964's do, the clutch is strong, releases properly and shifts smooth through all of the gears without slipping however the pedal is stiffer than my last Porsche indicating that either the hydraiulic fluid needs to be bled or the clutch will need to be replaced soond. If you would like to have the car inspected, I can make it available within 24 hours, it's located in Minneapolis, MN. Additional photos available upon request. **I am relisting this car because according to eBay and Auto check it was found that in 1993 (20 years ago) the car was issued a salvage certifficate because of flood damage. We were unaware of this, we purchased the car from a private party in Michigan who owned the car for 12 years with a clear MI title and we currently have a clear Minnesota title in our name. I have re-listed the auction under the category "salvage" The car is sold as is. I reserve the right to cancel this listing at any time.
