The deposit amount will be stated above. The deposit is due in paypal only. The final payment is due within 7 days of auction closing, no exceptions. Paperwork, Warranty, Car Removal, Storage, Misc If you are having this vehicle shipped, the vehicle needs to not only be paid for, but ALL paperwork needs to be properly filled out and returned to us before we can release the vehicle. We will NOT release a title of the vehicle until it is picked up either by person of tow truck.** Once a vehicle is release to the towing company all liability is transferred to the towing company. Vehicle needs to be picked up from our location within 10 business days* after the auction ends. Everyday a car is not picked up a storage fee of 30 dollars a day will be assessed or a fee of 135 dollars per week will be assessed, whichever is less. * WE CONSIDER SATURDAYS A BUSINESS DAY AS WE ARE OPEN When a car is charged for storage you are charged daily, meaning once the day begins you are charged for that day, whether you pick it up early in the day or late in the day, we do not prorate. We also consider every day of the week a chargeable day, which means all 7 days of the week are counted, not just business days. *We do not release the title to a vehicle until picked up because if the car is at our facility for an amount of time where storage fees are due, they will need to be collected before release of title. If the vehicle is left at our facility for more then 30 calendar days, on the 31st the balance of the storage will be immediately due, if it is not paid for on the 31st day, car is relisted, you have forfeited vehicle and you will NOT receive a refund of any kind, on the deposit, nor the purchase price. All of our vehicles are sold as-is with no warranties given or implied, unless we state otherwise. Our vehicles are NOT guaranteed to pass inspection, emissions or any other type of tests.
