We are the second owners of this great 1991 RX7 Convertible. These were produced from 1986 thru 1991 only-very rare to find one so clean with such low miles....and maintenance receipts. 80,000 original miles on the car. We purchased it from the head of the Mazda IT Department many years ago-it was his wife's car. Mazda's corporate headquarters is here in Irvine California. Motor malfunctioned at 71k miles-completely rebuilt by an excellent local rotary shop-we have receipts-and new clutch installed-now has 9,000 trouble free miles on the motor-just broken in! Replaced the struts, tires, brakes and rotors, differential bushings and battery over the past few years-again-have receipts. Most important-all stock ( except excellent Racing Beat dual stainless steel exhaust and K&N filter) and everything still works! A/C ice cold, Original factory Recaro leather seats-no rips or tears. Original factory power top-no rips or tears-works perfectly. Original factory CD stereo with sub woofers behind the seats and speakers in the headrests-again-all working! Original BBS alloy wheels-withe center caps-all there. Have Top Boot as well. This is a great appreciating classic convertible that is a wonderful cruiser for the summer. It will last for decades more as it's always been a southern california dry climate car-no rust! No accidents-all original body-no bodywork-clear and clean California title. Always covered and garage kept-come with an OEM Mazda car cover-always a third car-driven sparingly. Time for a knew owner who will drive and enjoy it for many years! Small ding under bumper strip ( can be seen in photo) on Drivers side left front-ahead of wheel. Minor PDR repair but there. PDR= Paintless Dent Repair 2. Small passenger side door ding that occurred in the garage when something fell against the car-missed in discription but should be mentioned. No break in paint-minor PDR repair
