Up for bid is my 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins Turbo Diesel extended cab. This truck is as rugged as they come! I bought the truck 4 years ago and put a remanufactured transmission from Advance Auto Parts in for almost $1600.00 and had a garage put it in.I have the receipt to prove that it was replaced. The truck needs some new tin such as fenders and rocker panels and a few other spots fixed. The hood hinges are tweeked from the hood coming back because dodge had a recall on the latch which I had fixed at the dodge dealer after the fact.The tires are Green Diamond M/t 265/75/r16 heavy truck tires.The turbo on the cummins has not been turned up or messed with and it runs very good.The inspection is good until december this year but will need a few small things to pass the next.The emergency brakes need to be fixed, the horn needs to be fixed. The truck also needs a u joint in the front drive shaft and I believe it needs an idler pully or a new serpentine belt. When it warms up it makes a noise. It is set up to haul what ever you want. It has a goose neck hida ball hitch in the bed and a receiver hitch too.There is a electric brake controller in the cab that works good. I also had a garage put in a 4x4 posi-lok in to engage the front axle with a cable instead of the old vacuum type that dodge had. There is no warrantee on the truck and it will be SOLD AS IS. There is also a truck cap included with the truck.The side windows open up on both sides and it is pretty much like new.I also wanted to say the air conditioning doe's not work but all the lights and electric windows do.
