Howdy Folks up for auction is my 23 T pickup. I have owned this truck for the last six years and have enjoyed it immensely but I have new obligations as parent and too many other old cars to be able to hang on to this one. The truck is built on a model t car chassis from the early twenties. The C-cab was originally intended for a one ton truck and dates from about 1924. The bed is 26/27 model T roadster pickup or it might even be early model A Ford. This truck was put together by the previous owner sometime around 2004. It is 12 volt with good wiring and a old GM Altenator and a bosch 009 retofit distributor ignition. The engine has domed pistons, good rods, stainless one piece valves, external oiler, and runs strong. The internal low tension Magneto has been removed thus lightening the flywheel. Also the truck has a warford transmission which has a under and over drive. I rebuilt the rear axle in 2011 with a modern pinion bearing replacement and new ring and pinion. It has good hyatt bearings and good original axle shafts. the truck sits on 26/27 Ford welded spoke or wire wheels. Tires are OK and a spare wire wheel is included in the deal though it is not in the pictures. In it's current state the exhaust system has a straight pipe only with no muffler. Emergency brake shoes are reproductions with a lining. Truck interior consists of a old green school bus seat and a burlap upholstered back rest. These may not be in the photos but I can add pictures of them later. The previous owner had replaced the radiator and this T has always run cool even is hot weather and slow traffic.
