This is a rare opportunity to buy an absolutely beautiful 95 Alfa 164 LS. I should know, I've owned Alfas for over 35 years, including several 164s over the past 15 years. I bought this beauty almost a year ago from the original owner, and was planning on keeping it for a long time. I was certain that this Alfa was the nicest one I've ever owned. Unfortunately, I had an accident which required a shoulder operation, and I'm not able to enjoy it, in the way an Alfa is supposed to be enjoyed. Sadly, I only drove it a few miles. But like a fine thoroughbred, this Alfa is meant to run, and run fast, and that's the only reason that I'm willing to part with her. A true Alfista will appreciate it, and enjoy it for a long time. I have all of the service records from the original owner, and believe me, she pampered this beauty in every way. I even have the original manufacturer's sticker price showing a retail price of almost $38,000 in 1995. I will turn-over all of the records to the lucky buyer. The following major items were performed over the past 20K miles; Disasemble front engine and replace timing belt, and install fan relay.......72500 miles. Replace blower motor control module, replace radiator.....81525 miles. Replace exhaust from catalytic converter forward(flex pipe)....86508 miles. Replace exhaust from catalytic converter rearward.....88845 miles. Replace alternator......89345 miles. Replace all 4 tires.....89888miles. Remove intake manifold/replace all hoses/reseal...91055 miles. New battery....91406 miles. I have 2 set of keys and an emergency key. As far as I know, everything works in the car. The paint is in great shape, and just a few imperfections relating to the use and age of the vehicle. You should be aware that the passengers car is not working. I just wanted to clarify a few things based on your questions. There is no rust visible in the car, and body is very solid indeed. Yes, this car can take you wherever you want to go, and the faster the better. I want to clarify the door issue; the drivers' door handle is stuck on the up position, and therefore not able to open door from the outside. It seems that there is a small spring? which is stuck? I'm not mechanically inclined, so I cannot offer a solution. But the door is fine, and it opens fine from the inside. Thank you and good luck. Yes, it works perfectly and the seal is tight, and no leaks at all. I had the car washed this am, and the antenna did not go down all the way, and it broke a little. Sorry. The answer is that there are no body damages on the door, nor in any other area of the car, other than normal wear, and minor blemishes for a vehicle 17 years old.
