The deposit amount will be stated above. The deposit is due in paypal only. The final payment is due within 7 days of auction closing, no exceptions. Final payment is due in cash, certified check or bank transfer. Under no circumstances will a personal check be allowed. If you decide you would like to pay the remainder of the vehicle with paypal, we do allow it. However you will need to add a 7% transaction fee to the balance of the car (not including the deposit) Keep in mind, just because you pay using paypal doesn’t mean you are covered with buyer protection. Paperwork, Warranty, Car Removal, Storage, Misc If you are having this vehicle shipped, the vehicle needs to not only be paid for, but ALL paperwork needs to be properly filled out and returned to us before we can release the vehicle. We will NOT release a title of the vehicle until it is picked up either by person of tow truck.** Once a vehicle is release to the towing company all liability is transferred to the towing company. Vehicle needs to be picked up from our location within 10 business days after the auction ends. Everyday a car is not picked up a storage fee of 30 dollars a day will be assessed or a fee of 135 dollars per week will be assessed, whichever is less. When a car is charged for storage you are charged daily, meaning once the day begins you are charged for that day, whether you pick it up early in the day or late in the day, we do not prorate. We also consider every day of the week a chargeable day, which means all 7 days of the week are counted, not just business days. *We do not release the title to a vehicle until picked up because if the car is at our facility for an amount of time where storage fees are due, they will need to be collected before release of title. All of our vehicles are sold as-is with no warranties given or implied, unless we state otherwise. Our vehicles are NOT guaranteed to pass inspection, emissions or any other type of tests. We are not saying this will happen, but we don’t guarantee it. We recommend every buyer to have a qualified technician or someone with automotive knowledge to come and inspect the car prior to bidding. Per Massachusetts guidelines and laws, I am unable to sell a vehicle to a Massachusetts resident unless it is sold with a parts-only affidavit. Keep in mind this will NOT effect your ability to register or insure a vehicle, this is simply a signed piece of paper stating it’s a parts vehicle and that’s what it is being sold as, with no guarantee.
