My name is Mike and I can be reached at 239-895-3962. 1987 Pontiac Sunbird SE Convertible with a New Convertible top and only 48,000 miles. Carfax shows one owner-no accidents and the miles to be true. Rare for sure!!! Must have been garage kept and a non smoker based on its near flawless condition. Original paint still shines and the interior is in great shape and all original. Safety inspected and oil changed with a brand new water pump and the timing belt already changed on 12/30/10 at 41,820 miles. I have been driving this vehicle and it can absolutely be driven as an "every day driver". What I mean is that it is nice enough to use every day. I also love the way the front headlights go up and down. Such a classy vintage touch! Since it's over 100 degrees heat index here in Fort Myers lets start with the air conditioner. Next the am/fm cassette surprisingly are original and work as if new. The analog numbers are bright and the sound is excellent. All the power equipment works. Sometimes on these older Convertibles the power windows are weak or scraping against the regulators. Not this one, all four windows go up and down with ease and the windows are crystal clear with no scratches. Powered by GM's reliable 2.0L 4 cylinder engine that is extremely economical. Gets up to 27 miles per gallon on the highway according to fueleconomy.gov. This is certainly an "old Milwaukee" deal because it doesn't get any better than this.
