This is a near mint condition 1984 Honda 3 wheeler model atc 250r it is a 2 cycle or 2 stroke motor runs on an oil gas mixture. This engine has very very very low miles low hours! In fact, there is almost no where at all on the Honda emblem on the side of the engine as proof of it's extremely low hours. It is nearly impossible to find these light weight air cooled versions and with the stock pipe and the seat is in near mint condition also. All of the plastic is there on the fenders, I am still in absolute disbelief of how excellent the condition of this 3 wheeler is. For starting, it's a kick start, and it starts up on the FIRST KICK! The pictures will speak for themselves, I also included a short video that shows it starting up on the first kick and running through the gears and you can hear the sound of it if you listen close and turn up your volume. I have only ridden it a few times in the last 3 years or so, it was kept garaged and i'm only hoping that it goes to a good home who can really appreciate it for it's scarcity and rarity as a vintage near mint 3 wheeler and especially as a 2 stroke 2 cycle speed machine which it truly is. The 1984 is the last of the air cooled 2 cycle 3 wheeler by Honda because beginning in 1985 the 250r is a liquid cooled which means there are more moving parts, coolant lines and other additional parts. The air cooled 1984 has a air cooled heat sink on the cylinder head of the engine. The tank shrouds were stylishly changed to a white instead of red a long time ago which was common for guys giving their 250r more the look of a later model 87' 250r which had more white plastics vs the all red 1984 edition, one could consider it a classy touch, the silencer is a very nice chrome after market silencer which you can hear in the video posted above. The steel cover over the headlight was stock in 84' this is an extremely hard 3 wheeler to find in this condition, I personally know because I spent 18 months to find this 3 wheeler and I looked at at least 10 junky and beat up units before I heard about this cherry unit up for bid before you here today, good luck, bid high if you want it to win it.
