For sale is a 1979 Trans Am with a good solid body and original sheet metal. Solid floors, trunk, frame rails with no patches or rust issues. Paint is older and has chips, scuffs etc but looks good for a weekend toy, hot rod or just to blast around in. Good at ten foot but not perfect. Has a built roller cammed 455 pontiac engine with aluminum intake, dual line holley carb, MSD ingnition, headers and flowmasters. Trans is a 400 turbo built with a manual valve body and 10 inch converter. Rearend is 4:10 posi with subframe connectors and weld racing style wheels. Car also has a new 4 row radiator, all new front end bushings, balljoints, etc look at pics. Car has power steering and power brakes with discs on the front all working great. The inner fenders are not in the car, we didn't get any with it but they are easily found if you want them. Inside is in good shape, not great but nice for a weekend driver or toy. Again this is a solid car which is very hard to find in these cars at this price anywhere. This car has ran some 7:30 passes in the 1/8 mile also. This car was built as a fast street car and a Saturday night toy but runs and drives great with no problem running down the highway. The drive train is all fresh with very little miles on them. This is a real Trans Am 4 speed car and the pedal is still in it. This will be a nice car with some work if that's what you want or you can enjoy it as is, it depends on what you looking for.
