This 1947 Plymouth 2 door car was purchased as a parts car, however after getting it home and taking a closer look I realized it was almost a complete car that should be restored. I am unable to take the project myself as I am ill and unable to follow through with the project. This car is 98% original with rust in the floorboards. The shift was converted to a floor shift before I purchased it. The motor turns over by hand however the compression is #1-80 #2-20 #3-0 #4-30 #5-40 #6-60. I believe it has a burnt valve. The battery is new. Oil pressure is 30 lbs. Very little body rust in the left rocker. The car was sold to me with a bill of sale which I still have. This really is a good solid car and would make a great restoration project and I am sorry I will be unable to do it myself.
