I have just been contacted by my BMW dealer to finalize my specson the 2013 M5 which I ordered last year. This will be one of the first M5's available in the US. At present it should be a July build,August/Sept delivery. It is eligible for European delivery, which results in $6000 in savings. Twin-Turbo V8 560HP 500ft-lbs torque availablewith manual or DCT transmission. BMW will manufacture 1,200 units for its 400 US dealerships so your chances of buying one of these new in the next 12 months if you are not already on the listare slim at best... I am not 100% sure that I need yet another 500+HP sedan at this point in my life and, as the saying goes, if the price is right...I will give up my spot at the front of the line.
