Vehicle Detail

I am the original owner of this 2002 Collector's Edition Trans Am with 46,695 low miles. The interior is clean and well kept and the vehicle has been completely smoke free. The car runs as good as new and the transmission shifts like it's new as well. This is 1 of 842 manual T-Top Collector's Editions. 5.7 liter V8 LS1 engine, the same engine used in the Corvette for a number of years. Professionally installed sound system upgrades include: *In-dash Navigation head unit JVC KW-NT1 with 6.4-Inch Widescreen Receiver with DVD/CD/USB/SD Card, iPod/iPhone/USB 2.0/Bluetooth. The touch panel monitor is detachable too so you don't have to worry about someone trying to take it. *Rockford Fosgate 1000w amp *2 12" JL Audio 12W6v2 Subwoofers in a custom enclosure designed to hold the T-Tops when you take them off (pics included). These subs sound amazing. *2 Capacitors to store the energy for the subs to draw from. Other professionally installed upgrades include window tints and a Flowmaster exhaust that sounds awesome. The original Collector's Edition floor mats have never been used. I just put them in now for the pictures. All power options work. The A/C and heat both work quickly and perfectly. Brakes and rotors were done less than a year ago. The alternator, water pump, thermostat, upstream and downstream o2 sensors and headlight motors were all recently replaced. The headlights work great now and I'm including a spare set of headlight motors that I've already replaced the plastic gears inside with brass gears that won't ever need replacing again. I recently replaced all 4 tires with Continental ExtremeContact DW tires. These are some of the best tires I've ever used. This car hasn't had any collision damage. The one accident on carfax is from a woman stepping in front of me while I was inching up at a red light to see if I could turn on red. I got too close, she got scared, jumped back and fell. She didn't touch the car so there was no damage to it and she was ok but wanted a report. The hood seems to be ever so slightly faded but it's hard to tell because it depends on the light. It's worth mentioning but it's something that doesn't really show at all unless you're at a certain angle in a certain light as you can see in the pictures. There are some minor scratches here and there. There is crack on the bottom of the rear bumper and some scratches on the passenger side (pictures included) The pictures were taken yesterday and accurate to what you would see. Just recently the error code PO430 Cat Efficiency Low Bank Two (which causes the service engine light to be on). This might be the Catalytic converter but the car is driving perfectly. Apparently GM extended the warranty for this to 10 years or 120k miles with a special coverage adjustment (#05513) but I just missed it. This isn't affecting the performance of the car at all. Also, the brake/abs/tcs lights pop on occasionally which is probably a loose wire somewhere. I have both sets of keys, the original radio, the collector's edition documents that came with it, the original window sticker, a Haynes repair manual and spare light bulbs (along with the spare headlight motors with brass gears mentioned earlier). Kelley Blue Book lists it's value from $14666 in fair (lowest) condition up to $16341 in excellent condition. I've listed everything to the best of my ability. If you have any questions, please contact me with at least 24 hours prior to the auction ending so I can reply to them. Upon auction end, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is required within 48 hours via PayPal. The remainder of the purchase price is due within 7 days from auction end. I'll accept the following forms of payment: cashier's check or cash (in-hand). If the winning bidder chooses to use a cashier's check, the car will remain in my possession until the funds have cleared. The buyer is responsible for all taxes in their respective state and shipping arrangements
