Seller prefers the final payment made by bank wire transfer but will accept bank cashiers check or money order provided the money has been cleared and deposited in seller's account without restriction per Chase Bank, NA. The bank has advised that for bank cashiers checks and money orders, the clearing process may require a maximum of 12 calendar days. The car and title will not be released to the buyer until the bank has verified unrestricted receipt of the final payment.
