Thank you for viewing this Gorgeous 1998 Volkswagen Jetta with the legendary VR6 Motor. The exterior paint is in great condtion and seems to have been well taken care of. It does have some small dings here or there and is not perfect but does look great for its age. The vehicle's interior looks great and it is in far better condition than what is expected for its age. NOW HERE IS THE BAD AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THIS BECAUSE ONCE YOU HAVE BID AND WON I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THAT YOU DID NOT SEE THAT IN THE LISTING. The engine cranks over but does not start. I took it to a VW tech who said that it has jumped time and will need the head refinished and new timing chains. THE CAR DOES NOT RUN AND MUST BE TOWED OR TRANSPORTED. A deposit of $200.00 is to be made with in 24 hours of the end of the auction.
