Vehicle Detail

Bought car via Ebay, picked up in Seattle Washington about 7 years ago. Drove it home and began restoration, had kids, restoration stalled. (That old cliche.) Have all body panels, all glass and all sheet metal needed to finish body restoration. (Floors and trunk are worst off.) 289 Engine block is on engine stand. Unknown if it is still usable. Ran hot before it was dissassembled. Installed TCP chassis stiffener (see picture) and new leaf springs. Bought with Granada spindles attached to original 6-cylinder suspension pieces (made for a crazy drive home to Illinois) bought all new v8 upper/lower control arms. Will need some new v8 control linkages and replacement v8 spindles to complete. Also throwing in C4 trans and 80's model T5 manual trans. Also has 8" rear end. Will need flat bed to tow (or some creative solution to prop up front end and tow on rear wheels. I'll answer all questions I can. I lost the original Washington title (though I have a photo copy...) Will either have to use car and parts as donor or apply for lost title...On Jun-06-12 at 13:20:14 PDT, seller added the following information: **Just adding - Moved reserve price down to $511 (I tried to disable it outright, but can't...) Started thinking it may be annoying to folks that just don't know if their bid is meaningful - I'm personally hoping it goes for more than the current price ($510) but I didn't want to be discouraging folks from bidding if their imagination was telling them the reserve was actually something ridiculous (it was at $800). **Also added a "Buy it Now" option. IF the "Buy it Now" option is used I have a full set of 65/66 seats (the car originally had some crappy 70's highbacks), new upholstery (blue/drk blue) and a full interior kit from Mustangs Plus I'll throw in with the car when picked up. (This list may not be completely accurate (it's been a long time since I did an inventory) but I believe it has the windlace, rear view mirror, headliner, carpet, dashboard, kick panel, etc...)On Jun-07-12 at 14:57:28 PDT, seller added the following information: *Sorry the "Buy it Now" option expired when we hit the reserve price. *Added new picturesSome shots of the rear trunk area and the the sheet metal I already have to fix it. (Goes with the car)VIN shots on the body and door frame - the door tag was painted over, but I can do a pencil rub on it if needed (But the VIN is: 6R07T181194 - a former 6cyl car)The Grab-a-track suspension parts to replace or upgrade the old 6 cyl parts.New Front SpringsShot of new Grab-aTrack 5-leaf spring in rearWheel Rim*Some* examples of the sheet metal I have... I have all of the original body panels plus:Left/Right Front FendersLeft/Right Internal Cowl patchs (metal)ALL flooring and seat platformsAll trunk area piecesvarious smaller bits like the radio dash patchFront radiator supportSide shot of the C4 tranny - also have the T5, but ran out of pictures I can upload*Some* of the interior resto parts I will include *IF* the bid price breaks $1250. I have:Headliner (Blue)Rearview MirrorWindlaceGlass SealsCarpetInstrument cluster assembly, lens, etc.Screw kitSeat set from another 65/66 Mustang coupeNew upholstery for said seat set. Again, I will provide EVERYTHING that came off the car that I still have. (There will be missing bolts and the ugly 70's mustang seats) But basically, if it came with the car, and I have it, you will have it. Including the rolling engine stand - I no longer have an engine lift, so that will have to go too.
