1981 MERCEDES 300D SEDAN NO RESERVE Up for sale is a decent, very well maintained 1981 Mercdedes 300D sedan. It is Ivory with a Tan interior. The car has rust as you see. the worst on the left fender where it is rusted through the fender. The engine runs excellent, transmission shifts well. This car has power windows, power locks. The sunroof and windows work excelt 2 right windows (switch no good). The power/vacuum locks work. The climate controls work fine, heat is blazing hot- AC works but needs a charge (hasnt been charged in 6 yrs). The brakes are excellent. The tires are all matching michelins about %70 tread. The suspension is excellent, no shakes or rattles going over bumps or turns. All tail and head lights work. Cruise control works. The left front fender is rusted through, the rest of the body is good for the age. The car leaks no fluids. Belts look good. The exhaust is excellent, no leaks. muffler recently replaced. The last owner had no pets and did not smoke, cigarette lighter was never used! car had 90k when it was bought. someone bought the odometer off us and gave his one from his 85.
