1965 FORD THUNDERBIRD CONVERTIBLE This is a very nice complete Thunderbird convertible. Mechanically the car has been completely gone through. New brakes and brake lines, rebuilt transmission, rebuilt motor (6-8k miles ago), new shocks and sway bar, new tires, Alternator and battery. The car runs and drives great. The body of the car is in good shape. there is a few bubbles starting to appear around the door and quarter panel shown in pics. All the chrome is there some needs to be re-chromed. The interior is complete and in decent shape. Carpet is faded and seats are showing their age but there are no rips or tears. The power top works great. The top has a small puncture in it. Removable fender skirts and the Tonneau cover for back seat. Overall this a very nice, complete Thunderbird that is a great driver and local cruise night car as is or with a little tlc can be a show winner.
