Vehicle Detail
One owner 1999 Ford F350 Diesel Crew Cab dual rear wheel long bed pickup with the Lariat package and almost every option offered. 128K Highway miles. Overall it is in excellent condition. The leather seats are in great condition with no tears or damage. Brand new Goodyear Wrangler MT Silent Armor tires, new hubs, rotors, bearings, and pads all the way around, new Moog ball joints, tie rods, steering link, etc. done about 800 miles ago. We also replaced one of the front auto-lock hubs that was getting a little sticky. New Duralast 72 month batteries. The interior is very clean. There is a small wear spot on the drivers floor mat where your heel rests. A small cell phone mount was installed next to the radio and later removed (there are two very small holes in that location). The A/C blows cold. All other features work as expected. In all, more than $5,000 in maintenance has been done within the last 800 miles. We only ran Amsoil synthetic in this truck after the first two oil changes. The truck was used almost exclusively on the highway as a private vehicle. This was NOT a work truck. We used it to pull an enclosed trailer to motorcycle races for about the first 6 years, and after that it was a family vehicle. The paint is in excellent condition. The cab side of the truck bed has a slight bend in it (see pictures) that happened when we loaded it with firewood one time; it has no impact on performance or function. There is a very slight bit of rust on the lower door jambs of the rear doors. The front doors had the same issue a few years ago and I had a bodyshop treat the doors to repair the issue. It's common on this model as Ford placed the drain holes a little to high on the doors. Also, there is a small ding in the drivers front bumper on the side (I tried to show it in photo #26 but it's hard to see). In 2005 the truck's right rear dully wheel cover was bumped into by another car in a mall parking lot which you will see in the car fax report. There was almost no visible damage. We had the fender repaired by a body shop and had no issues with the repair since then. The carfax report also shows a "corrected title" when we were in Washington State. They made a mistake in our name when they issued the title and they corrected it and issued a new title. The truck comes with a computer programmer that allows you to change the shift firmness which is really nice if you pull a trailer. The truck also has a duraliner bedliner, a Tekenosha trailer brake system, and a roof mounted Wilson CB antenna (sorry, the CB was moved to a different vehicle), and a JotoDesk mount (if I can locate the laptop moun I will include it; if not, you can pick one up on Ebay for less than $100). The truck also comes with the tire chains and wet weather gear shown behind the rear seat in the photos below. This truck gets 16MPG unloaded doing the speed limit, and about 12MPG pulling a trailer at the speed limit. This truck has treated me very well for the past 12 years, no mechanical issues other than the standard brakes, tires, and tie-rods (which I upgraded to Moog this last time) in the entire time I've owned it. I try to be very accurate in my listings and describe things in a way that accurately portrays the condition of the vehicle. If you have questions about features or condition of the truck, please ask them before bidding. I have full service records and parts receipts from the time I picked the truck up at the dealer. I also have a mileage log for the truck which documents every fill since it was purchased new. No reserve! The winner of the auction should be prepared to pay a $2000 deposit upon auction close using Paypal and the balance within three days of auction close. If the vehicle needs to be shipped, shipping arrangements must be made by the winning bidder. The vehicle should be picked up within 5 days of auction close. Sorry, but I will cancel all bids by bidders with less than 5 positive feedbacks unless you email me first. I have had zero feedback bidders not pay in the past and it takes too long to fix that with Ebay, so I just don't allow it anymore unless you contact me first. I've been on Ebay for more than a decade and I value my 100% positive feedback rating. Please look at my feedback and bid with confidence.
