2001 SATURN L200 SERIES SEDAN ECONOMICAL NEEDS WORK New tires, clean interior, all lights work, was told the AC did not work - have never had it running to know. All automatic windows and pwr locks work – electronic key bob, and valet key Body in very good condition – few dents are pictured. Car was purchased with the intention to Replace the timing chain – to which we purchased the best timing kit around – and in the interim - my son installed the chain - but we still did not get it running. There was a recall on the timing chain issue on these cars , however, GM negotiated with the NHSTB and allowed GM to repair some and not others. This number was not included in the recall. A truly criminal handwashing game – but hey – that is how it all works. A quick engine swap would be most economical and get someone a very decent car for about 2K – that will run great with great gas mileage. These cars handle well to! The headliner (another signature 'Saturn Issue') needs to be replaced or reattached - it is sagging. Everything else is good as far as I know. Battery is only a year old. Ask questions early.
