Up for Auction is a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T This is a no-reserve auction, so the highest bidder wins! This Eclipse GS-T originally sold for $22,000 fully equipped with power windows/locks/mirrors, Sunroof, Infinity eight-speaker AM/FM CD/Cassette stereo, cruise control, intermittent wipers, garage link, rear spoiler, and fog lamps. It has been meticulously maintained, garage kept, and washed/waxed regularly by a non-smoker owner. Everything works as it should. The engine idles perfectly and revs quickly, as expected. The transmission was recently rebuilt (due to a bad synchro) and now shifts very smoothly at any RPM. The exterior is in AMAZING condition for its age with no major dents or marks. The wheels are very clean with no curb rash. The tires have plenty of life left. The brakes and rotors bite well w/o any squealing. The suspension is tight and aligned properly. This car handles very well and is EXTREMELY FAST! It has been a very reliable vehicle. With only 77k miles and a CLEAN CARFAX - this is truly a RARE FIND! Although rarely driven, there have been some clean performance modifications (professionally installed) to enhance the sporty driving experience. There is a very small dent on the front driver's side fender right above the wheel. There is a small rock chip on the front windshield (see pic). The AutoMeter A/F Gauge is erratic with its readings (possibly due to o2 sensor). Also, this is a 3-owner vehicle. I'm not sure why eBay shows it having 4 owners. Check the Carfax in the album below. There are no leaks, smoking, hesitations, or running problems that I know of. This car has always started up and ran strong for me. It idles perfectly at ~700rpms.
