This is a great example of one of the best looking Mercedes-Benz Sedans ever made. The sought after 1969 280S. This vehicle runs and drives like a dream. It was recently serviced at the local dealership, and a valve job, and full tune up were performed - including cap/rotor/plugs/wires. transmission service and adjustment, carburetor adjustment. The interior is in near mint condition, no rips or tears in any of the upholstery, and the dash is crack free! The A/C works and has been converted to R-134a. The stereo works and is the original Blaupunkt unit. The vehicle has power windows (installed as a dealer option), as well as the A/C (also installed as a dealer option at the original purchase). I have all the original books, with service records every 3000 miles as well (with dealership stamps). The cars paint is original and is in great condition, the chrome is also perfect on the vehicle. I am the 3rd owner and really do hate to part with it, but the inability to drive it as much as I would like forces me to sell it to the next lucky owner. It really is a wonderful car and gets a lot of attention wherever it goes. The things that may need some TLC: the pass front and drivers rear window regulator will not roll up all the way, and need repairs. There are also some very slight surface rust spots here and there, nothing in the trunk, or structurally, but in some spots along the chrome and so forth.
