Vehicle Detail

1979 Ford F350 Dually 4 x 4 This is not a converted ¾ Ton. I purchased the truck in Spokane WA. last fall for plow and firewood use. I have changed jobs and no longer require this kind of vehicle. I am selling the truck and plow as a unit but would consider splitting them up. Front axle is a High Pinion Dana 60converted to high steer/crossover. It has disc brakes with Detroit lockers on front axle. The rear is a Dana 70 HD with a Detroit also. Both axles have less the 1,000 miles on them since the gears and detroits were done. Brakes are in excellent shape all around. All four wheels have air bags for added capability to carry heavy loads with the truck. It has a 400 motor that runs out well just put it in the truck last fall. The transmission is a NP 435 and the transfer case is a 205. Fenderwell headers and a four barrel carb. The front brush guard is set up for a winch. All lights work on headache rack with lights facing rear of truck for plowing in the dark. Wheels and tires are all new maybe 500 miles on them. Rear bumper is also set up for a winch. The flat bed is diamond plate and the tool box goes with the truck. Also has a hoist mounted on rear passenger side of flatbed. The truck is an XLT with dealer installed AC has power brakes and power steering. Windshield has a crack in it and rear sliding window needs to be replaced. Door glass is in good shape. The truck is factory set up for dual batteries. Also has dual fuel tanks but I am not comfortable with the rear tank, I do not use it because I suspect there is rust in the tank and have not needed both tanks and have not spent any time to have a closer look. The plow is brand new this last December and has maybe 25 hours total work time on it. It is a 9’ Snow Dogg that works very well. I had used it to plow snow and planned to get firewood with it during the summer months. This is a fine work truck ready to go. Certainly not pretty but fine working vehicle. If you have other questions or would like specific pictures I will be glad to do what I can for you as time permits. Thanks much in advance for your interest in the truck and plow. This vehicle is - as is - where is for purchase.
