You are looking at my 2002 Acura TL-Type S. First of all it does carry a salvage title. From what the previous owner told me, the car sustained damage to the front nose, hood, and one of the fenders which were all replaced with factory parts. The shop that did the repair did good work as you cannot notice any paint mismatching or gap issues. As you can see in the pictures, the front air dam does have considerable rock chips. I have owned this car for over 2 years and drive it everyday. The car runs fantastically and I have never had any issues at all with it. If you have any concerns about the salvage title, please arrange to view the car or have the car inspected before placing your bids. There are 2 things that I would like to advise: 1. The horn, steering wheel radio controls, and cruise control buttons do not function. This has caused the SRS light to come on. There is some kind of broken connection between the steering wheel and the column. I've spoken with an Acura shop (there's some sort of band that runs around the wheel, sort of like a rubber band) and they estimate it would be approximately $300 to repair. Also, about a month ago, a motorcyclist went down and slid into the back of the car, causing the right muffler to be pushed inward and damaging the exhaust tip. This should be an easy fix at a muffler shop as they just need to heat it up and pull it back out. Since the exhaust was detached from the securing bracket, it does make noise when driving around. The motorcycle also a small scratch on the bumper. As for the rest of car, it's in really nice shape. No other damage or major issues. It has your usual small scratches but the point is in really good shape. Look at the pictures for the obvious scratches. The interior is very nice and the seats have no tears or rips or excessive wear. It does come fully loaded with heated and power driver/passenger seats, heated mirrors, memory settings, Navigation, Sunroof, CD with 6 disc changer, AC and traction control. The car is very fast and runs very strong. The transmission shifts great. A deposit of $500.00 by PayPal or cash in person (non-refundable) must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the Auction.
