NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that Orange Village, in accordance with the Codified Ordinances of the Village, has declared the following vehicle surplus property, and the Fire Department is offering the vehicle for sale to the highest bidder: One (1) 1991 Ford/Road Rescue E350 Type III Ambulance, 7.3L Diesel engine GVW 10,500 lbs., approximately 37,163 miles, VIN #1FDK30MXMHA60384, Road Rescue Serial #60384 (“Rescue Vehicle”). The above-described Rescue Vehicle will be sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” (4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio). Orange Village offers no warranties, guaranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the merchantability, workmanship, or fitness for any purpose of the Rescue Vehicle. The successful bidder is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential. No refunds and no exchanges. The above-described description is the Village’s good faith attempt to describe the Rescue Vehicle. The Village assumes no responsibility or liability for any error or inaccuracy in the description. The successful bidder is responsible for any and all taxes, transportation costs, licensing requirements, and insurance requirements. The successful bidder shall forward payment to the Village Treasurer within five (5) calendar days of successful bid notification. The successful bidder shall coordinate the pick-up of the Rescue Vehicle with the Village’s Fire Chief, and the Rescue Vehicle shall be removed within ten (10) business days of the Village’s receipt of payment. Failure to do so will result in a Ten Dollar ($10.00) per day storage charge. Payment shall be in the form of cash or certified check. No personal or corporate checks will be accepted. It is reccomended that bidders view and inspect this vehicle before bidding. The vehicle can be seen at The Orange Village Fire Department at the above address.
