this is an original UN-restored rust free 1953 Caribbean. Runs and drive but needs some brake work. Chrome in fair condition no cracks or rust in any of the trim pieces. Sheet metal straight with no dents or rust. hood, doors and trunk open and close as they should, body lines are good. Factory power Convertible top operates as it should. Power seat works well. all the glass is fog free and in good condition. Chassis and underfloor is rust free and in good condition. Car was bought in this condition aprox 10 years ago and keep in a climate controlled garage awaiting restoration. Car was always well cared for. The car is complete car and a excellent candidate for restoration. One repaint years ago, currently in fair condition. Small crack in the bodywork around the hood scoop (as seen in the pictures). Tires are in good condition. This is a very rare and original automobile with a lot of documention from the previous owners (good history of car).
