**Update** Due to a recent crisis in my family, I am reducing the price on this truck. My wife is in the hospital with a very bad cellulitis infection, and she has no PTO from her job, so we need to raise some funds very soon in order to meet our expenses. Let my loss be your gain! I have for sale a strong running 1986 Dodge Ramcharger 2 wheel drive with 93,000 original miles and a clear Texas title. This truck is rust free with a nearly perfect body with no damage (only one tiny tiny ding on the front left fender, hardly noticeable). ZERO bondo anywhere. There is only a tiny spot of minor surface rust on the right side fender. There is ZERO rot or cancer anywhere on the undercarriage or anywhere else. There are a couple of cracks in the windshield which have been repaired by so they will not spread (very common from what I understand on this vintage). The interior is in pretty excellent condition, especially the seats, carpet is clean, and the dashboard has no cracks. Only the headliner was taken out by the prior owner. That's actually good because it will be alot easier to insert your new one. Everything works, including the A/C! It just needs a recharge of R12. Heater blows hot. Cruise and power windows work. It has a brand new Pioneer stereo with a CD player and a remote control. The cast iron 318 purs like an old Mopar should, and sounds really nice with the factory dual exhaust. It does not knock, tick, or smoke at all. Shifts are detectable but smooth. The carb. is a fairly new Edlebrock, and the truck has been well maintained and taken care of overall throughout its life. You can tell it by the way it drives the mileage is original. She also does not burn any oil or leak any fluids. She gets around 16-18 mpg, which is what a well maintained 318 ought to get. Not too shabby. This is a solid, rust free, honest, turn-key truck that you can drive anywhere. It needs NOTHING, except an alignment which only becomes noticeable over 55mph. A fresh set of tires in the near future wouldn't hurt, but other than that she's straight as an arrow. The newer "Magnum" 318s from the 90s were just not as reliable as these older Dodge trucks. The transmission was also much more reliable, the good ol' tried and true non-computerized Mopar Torqueflite 727. With the two-tone paint, chrome trim and ram hood ornament, she turns quite a few heads. This truck is a real BEAST like they just don't make anymore. Even has a beast on the hood! :-) Paint is faded, but very presentable. She's ready to hit the road. You can fly in and drive this truck home, or other arrangements can be made.
