There has been lots of recent maintenance with records, including: NEW tires(all 4), water pump, struts, new battery etc Cash only no trades Can be seen in person in the parking lot of 3124 sw topeka blvd 66611 The body and paint look fantastic and it gets tons of compliments. It still looks like a very expensive vehicle. This bimmer is not perfect, as it is a 12 year old vehicle. The interior is in good shape for the most part, no tears in the leather or anything like that but there are some areas where the vinyl is pulling away from the doors (easy fix). One of the grill pieces has a broken tab so it is loose (cheap fix too). The motor is strong and the transmission is smooth, if fact it just had a service. The air bag light intermediately comes on and off, BMW could not give me a reason, they said the sensor was fine. The car gets great gas mileage, and most the miles on the car are Hwy miles. The radio has some sort of short in it, some times it comes on, but then shuts off, could be a ground issue or it might be better to just go ahead and put an after market stereo in it. I think the AC may need a recharge as it has been awhile since has had new freeon. The windshield could use new trim at some point (Around $40-50 bucks) This is everything that I can think of, it is possible I may have missed something. All in all this is a nice car that needs a few things to make it perfect again. The car is damn sexy, no doubt about it, but please do not expect "show room" condition. You can hear a deep growl when you start and accelerate. I had a mechanic look at it and he thinks it is the or near the catalytic converter. He said it may be possible that the cat may need to be replaced. (I know you can find aftermarket kits for around $100 bucks on ebay) He told me to highly recommend to the buyer to have a shop that welds look at it first because it could be a really cheap fix. That being said, the car runs and drives just fine, but bid accordingly.
