Owner pass on many years ago. I got the car and put some fresh gas,sea foam,cleaned carbs, put a battery in it and it started right up. Then we put plugs and wires on it and it ran even better ! I have been running it a little for a few days now. Good compression on all cyl.The car runs, drives, and stops well. But everything should be gone through. The motor was rebuilt just before owner passed. Its clean and runs nice. The tires, brakes and exhaust are newer and look nice. The car has had one repaint and the old rust is coming back.(see pics) There is rust in the rockers,cross members,fenders and one wheel well.The frame is clean and the pans are not bad ? Sorry I dont have a lift for better picks. There is rust ! Only oil pressure gauge and tack work right now. All glass is good and windows work good. Head lights, wipers work. There is no tail lights or brake light right now. (I may get to it)? In my opinion the car needs a complete resto ! Or its a good project just to make a driver? Keep in mind it was sitting for a long time. I'm not an expert on these, so please ask any questions you may have. I will answer asap! I am selling it to the highest bidder, so please don't ask what my reserve price is, or ask me to stop the auction. On Apr-09-12 at 17:37:29 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTICE: There is a discrepancy of the VIN # on the title and the car ! Its off a few #'s. I am a IL dealer. I just filled out the forms and had the car inspected by the local police. I Just mailed everything in to the state for a corrected title. This may take up to 30 days. Insted of ending the auction, I decided to let it continue. There for at the end of sale you may send a REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the car.($500) And the balace when I recieve a good title back from the state of IL. Sorry for the inconvenience. I did not know at time of listing. I do not want to deliver the car without good title in my hand! Thanks I
