For sale is a 1970 Ford Torino GT Convertible with a 351 Cleveland 2V engine and C4 automatic transmission, in factory color Dark Ivy Green metallic. I have a clear title. Exterior Paint has been touched up and buffed out. Rear quarters are brand new, front fenders have no rust or plastic. Top is in excellent condition with no rips or tears - the well liner and the convertible boot are also in excellent condition. Electric top works perfectly. Laser stripe is brand-new. Wheels are 15 x 7 Magnum 500’s and tires are BF Goodrich Radial TA 215 65 15's…both wheels and tires are virtually brand new with less than 200 miles. Drop-down panels between the gas tank and rear quarters inside the trunk were replaced when the quarters were replaced. No rust-through in the trunk or around the trunk seal. Door jambs are all clean with no rust. Top of gas tank in the trunk has been coated with cold galvanizing paint. Interior Original seats are in excellent condition with no rips or tears. Door and rear panels are original with no rips or tears. Brand new carpet and soundproofing installed on the floors; floorboards are solid. Dashpad is in very good condition. Instrument panel works properly. Windows all work properly as well as seat belts. Drivetrain Engine starts easily and runs well; transmission shifts properly. Car drives very well with no problems, pulling, etc. Engine does not smoke when started up. No fluid leaks that I have noticed since restoration was completed. Original intake manifold and carburetor have been replaced with an aftermarket Edelbrock manifold and Holley 4 barrel electric choke carburetor – the electric choke is why I left this carb on. Factory manifold and carburetor is also included in the auction. Exhaust is fairly new from muffler back, and there are no exhaust system leaks.
