Vehicle Detail

This is a very clean first year F150. Almost everything has been redone/replaced in this truck - frame, suspension, brakes, engine, transmission, exterior, interior, fuel tank, wiring, heater core, dash, radiator, stereo and much more. This was a southern truck that was brought back to Ohio by the prior owner and refinished by the prior owner and his brother. They did all of the suspension, interior, and exterior work as well as dropped in a 30 over 390 crate motor with Edelbrock performer intake, Edelbrock 750 cfm carb, and Hooker headers. As usual with a big project like this, the money started to run low so the truck was sold. After I bought the truck, two years ago, I rewired the steering column, all the lights, the charging system, the fuel tank sender, and wired in a digital speedometer. I rebuilt the C6 transmission and replaced the valve body and added a heavy duty torque converter. The nine inch rearend is the only thing that I believe is still original, and I am guessing the ratio to be 3.50s. I chromed up the engine with the air cleaner, valve covers, thermostat housing, Accel ignition coil, and chrome alternator. I installed a yellow top Optima battery. I added the bed cover, steering wheel, and all the additional gauges. I replaced the heater core last fall. I have added a low temperature thermostat and a Flex-a-lite fan. I also added 2 1/2 inch flex exhaust pipes to allow the exhaust movement needed to prevent the header to exhaust bolts from shearing. The 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust runs straight into glass packs and sounds awesome!! I have been using this as a daily driver to and from work. This is a very sweet ride. It drives straight, takes corners extremely well, and is fast. There are a few chips and scratches, but no rust. I do have touch up paint for the vehicle. I never have driven the truck in the snow or any other bad weather. The truck is garage kept. The only reason I am selling this is to finance another project. It would not take much more to make this a show quality truck and most people ask me why I do not take it to car shows as it is now. The interior is also beautiful. If anyone out there is a Buckeye fan the coloring of this truck matches the scarlett and gray perfectly. I also have parts for the truck that will go with it when it is sold. I welcome anyone interested to come to see this truck to appreciate what a great truck that it is. I am requiring a $250.00 non refundable Pay Pal payment upon purchasing and the balance can be paid when I meet the buyer at a local Chase bank in either Coshocton, West Lafayette, or Newcomerstown, Ohio to do the title work. I will accept any payment that Chase will accept and give me cash for. If there are any questions about what Chase bank accepts please contact a Chase bank. The last thing I want to say is that my starting bid does not even come close to the money it would take to build a truck like this. Good luck and thank you! My contact number is 740-294-0505.
