selling my 1961 vw beetle.car body/interior is all original,was parked in 1971.body has normal bug rust/rot.heater channels need replaced.(new ones included in sale)and floor pan under battery is rotted from battery acid.I drive this car aprox 60 miles round trip to work every day.has never let me down.very reliable and fun to drive gets lots of attention.this car has been a drivable ongoing project for me.has been converted to 12v electrics with alternator,front suspension is narrowed 4" and adjustable.has drop spindles/disc brakes with custom drilled ford bolt pattern rotors,drums in rear.car is lowered with 17x8 chrome 5 spoke wheels.engine is from 1968 type 3 squareback with 42000 miles.has webber single 44 idf carb kit,msd billet distributor,msd spark plug wires,6al ignition box.carter electric fuel pump.trans from 1967 beetle with new clutch/flywheel.this car drives/rides rough on bad roads and smooth on good roads.have lots of misc parts/pieces included with car in sale.most pics were taken before finished.nothing has changed except now its drivable and fun.has aprox 3500miles on it since plated and insured.once again this car is a great fun car to drive but is an ongoing project.great for restoration or just drive and enjoy.sold as is no warranty.cannot deliver local pick up only.please contact me with any questions.Im sure I might of missed something in description.will miss it if fair reserve price is met,but have other projects to get finished
