You are bidding on a 1957 Thunderbird rolling frame, body shell and parts. There is no motor or transmission with the car. It has a clear Minnesota title and sells with no reserve! This is far from being a complete car. There are many parts missing. It was purchased for and used as a doner car for another project. What you see in the photos is what comes with the car. There is no soft or hardtop included. A restoration was started on the car before I purchased it. The frame had been sandblasted and primed and all new rubber bushings put in the upper & lower front suspension. According to the VIN plate the car was originally Raven black with black & white interior. It came with a 312 and a 3-speed w/ overdrive transmission. The lower body has all the typical rusted areas you normally encounter in these. Inner & outer rockers, door bottoms, floor pans and inner & outer lower quarters. What you see in the photo on driver's side lower-front fender is damage from a ratchet strap. There is already a lower patch-panel on this fender, and there is a new LH front-fender lower-patch panel in the trunk. All four original KH wheels are still with the car. There is a complete set of new floor panels for the car, consisting of front, center, rear along with the center and underfloor braces. Both LH & RH inner rocker panels are also included. The inner & outer front-center nose assembly is very nice throughout with no rust issues or damage to the hinge openings. The hood is a nice as they come with no rust issues or signs of distortion or bondo in the outer-skin. The trunk lid is also solid but does show a repair to the inner-ribbing on the right-rear side. The rear-bottom lip shows no rust or repairs. From the underside, the top sheet metal shows no distortion. The bed of the trunk looks good with the exception of the spare tire well bottom. The front and rear bumpers are totally straight throughout with no rust issues, bends, dents or scratches. They have been rechromed, but it is not a quality chroming job. A far as a set of original '57 bumpers, they are extremely nice throughout! Along with the new repair panels in the trunk is the battery shield, radiator support, heater control, front springs, door panels, LH windwing & a broken chrome door pillar, RH windwing & a nice complete door pillar and both inner-rear quarters. I also have the original radiator in good cosmetic appearance. A lot of work, but this '57 could still be brought back to life! It also has a lot of good parts to contribute to another T-Bird project.
